ISO 14001 certification (since 06/2025)
ISO 14001:2015 sets out the requirements for an environmental management system and requires, among other things, the systematic recording of our environmental aspects, compliance with all legal environmental requirements, and measures for conserving resources, avoiding waste, and reducing environmental impacts.

The ISO 9001 certification confirms the effectiveness of our quality management system. This standard defines the requirements for a comprehensive quality management system aimed at increasing customer satisfaction, making processes more efficient, and continuously improving the quality of our products and services. ISAE 3402 Type 2 Certification (Since 07/2022)
The ISAE 3402 Type 2 certification is further proof of our commitment to transparency and efficiency. An ISAE 3402 audit focuses on predefined internal processes and control measures within a service organisation. The ISAE 3402 Type II audit report was created for chargecloud's customers (outsourcing organisations) and their (external) auditors. chargecloud provides insight into how the quality of the service is ensured. The external auditor's opinion on the adequacy, design, and existence of internal control is included.
ISO 27001 Certification (Since 10/2021)
chargecloud has been certified according to ISO 27001 since 01/10/2021. The certification body is TÜV Austria Deutschland (TAD). The recertification according to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 took place on 24/08/2024.
The ISO 27001 certification confirms that our company has implemented the highest standards in information security. This standard establishes a framework for the Information Security Management System (ISMS) to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information. With this certification, we demonstrate our commitment to protecting sensitive data, whether it comes from customers, partners, or internal processes.
