Our knowledge base helps you quickly and easily find solutions to questions and issues on your own.

Registration

Note: Your company's domain can be released for the Help Center. This means that individual e-mail addresses no longer need to be released.

In order to fully utilize the Help Center as a chargecloud customer, you need to register here with your business e-mail address and choose a password.

After confirming your e-mail address and logging in, you will have access to the Help Center documentation.

NOTE: Please note that this login is independent of your chargecloud system login (different passwords) and the password must be renewed every 90 days for security reasons. You will receive a reminder e-mail in time for this.

Ticket System

The Help Center serves not only as a knowledge base but also as a ticket system for requests to us. Simply click on the menu item Submit a request at the top right of the Help Center homepage:

In the ticket window, relevant Help Center articles will be suggested to you, which may already answer your request. The Help Center is continuously expanded and updated, also based on your requests.

When you open a ticket, all employees of the Service Desk team will be informed about your request. This way, your requests can be efficiently distributed to the responsible department.

Overview of your requests!

We can grant individual employees of your company access to view all tickets of your company.
Please note that this means that colleagues can also view your tickets. Just let us know if you would like this to be set up.

Phone Support

The Help Center and the ticket system are available to you free of charge.

In addition, chargecloud GmbH provides telephone user support during service hours between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
