General information
In our Help Centre you'll find comprehensive documentation on the individual features and processes in chargecloud, as well as a clear collection of frequently asked questions (FAQ).
Our knowledge base helps you easily find solutions to your questions or problems yourself by using the search function on the Help Centre homepage and entering your search term in the search field.

Registration and login
To make full use of the Help Centre, you need to register once with your business email address.
Access control in the Help Centre is based on email domains rather than individual email addresses. Instead of enabling access for specific users, entire email domains are approved. After successful registration and login, users automatically gain access to the Help Centre area that has been released for the domain of their respective client. There is no need to grant access to individual users separately.
Step 1: Start login
- Go to the Help Centre homepage.
- Click the “Login” button at the top right.
- Click on “New to chargecloud GmbH? Register”, enter your valid company email address and submit the form.
Step 2: Confirm your email address
- After registering, you will automatically receive a registration confirmation by email.
- Open the email and click the confirmation link to verify your email address. Only after this step is your registration fully completed.
Once you have confirmed your email address and logged in, you will have access to the Help Centre areas.
Profile
Users have a personal profile in the Help Centre, which is automatically created during registration. Here you will find data such as your name and email address. A complete profile helps us support you better.
Add telefon number
We ask you to edit your profile straight after registration and add a telefon number for any follow-up questions. Please keep your contact details up to date so we can reach you if you have any support requests.

Quick access to the Help Centre
We recommend saving a direct link to the Help Centre as a bookmark in your browser so you can access it quickly at any time.
You’ll also find a direct link to the Help Centre and the Community at the bottom of the start menu within the chargecloud system:
The Help Centre is also linked on the chargecloud system login screen. You’ll find the relevant access at the bottom right.
Help Centre feedback
Under every Help Centre article, you have the option to give us direct and anonymous feedback on the contents. Alongside the rating buttons (thumbs up/thumbs down), you can let us know if the article was helpful for you.
After clicking one of the rating buttons under an article, a feedback form will open. Here you can leave your comments – whether it’s praise, criticism or specific suggestions for improvement.
Your constructive feedback is especially valuable to us: it helps us to continuously improve the contents in the Help Centre tailor our knowledge base to the needs of our customers, and provide you with even better service.
